The Awesome Nossum Group is a Seattle real estate team built around one idea: buying or selling a home goes better when someone who actually lives here walks you through it, step by step, without pressure.

Christian Nossum founded the team after going full-time in Seattle real estate in 2005. Since then the team has grown to three agents — Christian, Joanna Beecher, and Varun Jain — covering buyers, sellers, and investors across the Seattle metro area. Between the podcast, the Beers & Home Buying class, and hundreds of strategy sessions, education is how we work: you get straight answers first and decisions second.
